Aurismed Biotechnology utility models
On 4 June 2018 utility model applications were published in the Patent Office Bulletin no. 12 of 4 June 2018. These were models of electrodes measuring auditory potential no. W.125798, W.125799, W.125800, W125801.
The subject of the utility models is the electrode for measuring auditory potentials, used during surgical operations of the patient’s middle ear, developed as a result of the research project entitled ‘Development and implementation of an innovative device for intraoperative monitoring of hearing during tympanoplastic surgery’ (National Centre for Research and Development under the INNOTECH II EDITION project, Agreement No. INNOTECH-K2/ IN2/31/182202/NCBR/13 of 9 May 2013). The following was developed:
Intellectual property rights, including proprietary copyrights and know-how, as well as patent rights for inventions and utility models, are vested in equal shares by entities participating in the Scientific Consortium, which carried out the above-mentioned research project. The entities are:

We are currently awaiting the decision of the Patent Office on gratning the right.
