Patent granted
Aurismed S.A. R&D Department is pleased to announce that the following two inventions (P.415730) were patented subject to the decision no. DP.P.415730.6.islo of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland: ‘Method of calibrating the acoustic implant of the middle ear in patient during tympanoplastic surgery and the system for applying this method.’
The inventions were developed as a result of the research project entitled ‘Development and implementation of an innovative device for intraoperative monitoring of hearing during tympanoplastic surgery’ (National Centre for Research and Development under the INNOTECH II EDITION project, Agreement No. INNOTECH-K2/ IN2/31/182202/NCBR/13 of 9 May 2013).
Intellectual property rights, including proprietary copyrights and know-how, as well as patent rights for inventions and utility models, are vested in equal shares by entities participating in the Scientific Consortium, which carried out the above-mentioned research project. The entities are:
